Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)

A federal law that prohibits discrimination against people with
physical or mental disabilities in employment, public services and
places of public accommodation, such as restaurants, hotels and
theaters.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution,
nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States
respectively, or to the people.

Article [V.]

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or

otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment

of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval

forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of

War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the

same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor

shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against

himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without

due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for

public use, without just compensation.

Article [IV.]

The right of the people to be secure in their persons,

houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and

seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue,

but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and

particularly describing the place to be searched, and the

persons or things to be seized.

administrative expenses

The trustee's fee, the debtor's attorney fees, and other costs of
bringing a bankruptcy case that a debtor must pay in full in a Chapter
13 repayment plan. Administrative costs are typically 10% of the
debtor's total payments under the plan.

age of majority

Adulthood in the eyes of the law. After reaching the age of
majority, a person is permitted to vote, make a valid will, enter into
binding contracts, enlist in the armed forces and purchase alcohol.
Also, parents may stop making child support payments when a child
reaches the age of majority. In most states the age of majority is 18,
but this varies depending on the activity. For example, in some states
people are allowed to vote when they reach the age of eighteen, but
can't purchase alcohol until they're 21.
