Imagine this: the idea of the government implanting a chip in everyone so they can know our thoughts, location, what we are doing etc etc - well this chip already exists, except it is not an implant. It is everywhere. The net result is that things of movies, like the recent 'Eagle Eye' that has this supercomputer called Ariia that knows everything about everyone... it is already here. And we are happily voluntarily letting it happen.
