Roy Disney and Stanley Gold, who recently resigned from the Disney board, have launched an anti-Michael Eisner Web site.

The simply designed site takes their case to the people and includes copies of their resignation letters -- as well as a letter Disney distributed to cast members and additional resources. This may be the first time a high-profile executive has called out another on the Web.
