This is a joke. Most executives think they are doing a great job when they aren't. They spend too much time managing up, not down. Who cares what they think. The team members should be doing the judging. The fact that FastCompany is publicizing this survey reflects very poorly on your magazine. You guys can do much better. I'd never use the consulting company that put out this useless survey.
