In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy

shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall

be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise

re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according

to the rules of the common law.

Misuse of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy remedy. This term is typically
applied to Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings that should have been filed
under Chapter 13, because the debtor appears to have enough disposable
income to fund a Chapter 13 repayment plan.

adoptive parent

A person who completes all the requirements to legally adopt a
child who is not his or her biological child. Generally, any single or
married adult who is determined to be a "fit parent" may adopt a child.
Some states have special requirements, such as age or residency
criteria. An adoptive parent has all the responsibilities of a
biological parent.

to and obtain the approval of a state or federal official who oversees
corporate activity.
