How come we never hear about some dynamic new idea from middle management in the marketing dept? How some ever some regional marketing director in charge of three separate sales departments and a middling marketing and sales budget comes up with s stupendous idea that turns around a division?
How come?
All I can come up with are visions of the Mercedes ad where the guys are looking at the camera saying, " Your idea has GREAT merit, BUT...."
