In my older years, I have decided to "give away as much as I can". My new Web site features lots of my Fast Company columns, articles, interviews, audios and even lots of free video. Please feel free to download, copy, send and use anything from my site. Please feel free to use with anyone in your corporation. Marshall, you have lived on the planet long enough to appreciate the truths above and act not only accordingly, but responsibly.

Marshall Goldsmith has been one of the most influential and motivational people I have ever not met. His columns in Fast Company has caused me more inner reflection that most any other writer I can name. This gesture is not surprising in the least - Mr. Goldsmith has already given more to me than I could ask.

Thank you for your nice notes. Thanks as well to the many people who have seen this post, gone to my new site and sent me positive emails.
I have asked several of my thought leader colleagues if they could also give away some of their material. Their reaction has been amazingly positive! I will eventually put lots of links to other free material on my site.
