Robert Thomas is a multi talented American rock singer, song writer and musician playing instruments such as the piano, guitar and several percussion instruments.   Rob launched his career as lead singer for the popular band “Matchbox Twenty.”  The band produced many famous hits over the years including; “Push,”  “3 A.M,” “If You’re Gone,”  “Mad Season,” “How Far We’ve Gone” and many others as well.

In April 2005, Rob Thomas began his solo career with the release of his album “Something to Be,” and the album quickly shot up to #1 on the Album Charts.  Rob’s first single off the album was titled “Lonely No More,” which reached #6 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 Chart, and one of Rob’s songs off the album, “Little Wonders,” became a featured song on the hit soundtrack of Disney’s movie “Meet the Robinsons.”  In June 2009, Thomas released his second solo album titled “Cradlesong.”  Three of his most popular songs from this album are “Give Me the Meltdown,” “Someday” and “Fire on the Mountains.” 

Rob Thomas began his 7 month tour in August 2009 in Tempe, Arizona and will play his final show on February 21, 2010 in Swan Valley, Australia.   Rob Thomas will make his way to the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City on Friday November 6th.
