The "Add This Position" button doesn't appear to add anything.  Only the "Save and Continue" actually adds the position - and then takes you to the next section.  I had hoped that Add this Position would actually add a position and then let me add another.  If it does add it to a cue waiting for Save, it should show somewhere that it has been added pending Save.
