In Brazil, the state of Santa Catarina is known for pioneering in the field of web-based services for citizens and companies. Other city halls and states, as well as the Union, also provide some facilities.
Do you find yourself satisfied with the "web 2.0 quality" you deal with on a daily basis, as you were a worker or costumer of the social institutions?
