Diversity in companies
I have been checking on claims of companies for diversity. It seems that the diversity claims doesn't hold moch ground if we look at diversity in mnagement positions.

There is money involved and the priority of nation seems to be capital. The President elect announces economy or bail out team first. If that is the CHANGE then I would like to announce a welcome change to disaster.
A look at some of highlights of bailout:
The Congress passes a bill and $700 billion package to save financial institution.
A financial institution is basically responsible for money deposited by people or for corporate that in turn also has people.
The trade worked even without financial companies in good old days.
The blame game is on mortgage as the cause. If the cause is kown then any reasonable person will try to fix that problem. The bailout to pay only for mortgage is less than $700 billion.
The politicians want to reward their big contributors to write a nice check out of money paid by people in form of taxes.
The case out here is going to basics- be it role of government, corporate or indivuals.
Human need a society or network but don't forget that mafia is also a group of people.
