Must have goodies @ Business Travel...
For those who travel by plane frequently like me, there are things and gadgets that make your life on the plane much easier:
iPhone - watch video, photos, listen to music... make my 12 hour flight to Tokyo so much easeier... Oh, bring along an extra external iPhone battery; those you can plug in to the botton USB port of the iphone, it sells for about $40 but worth it.. it gives you about 3 hours of extra power to your iphone.
Noise Cancellation earphone: Due to the recession, I cut down on flying business class. So now I fly via coach or economy class most of the times. One of the nice thing about business class is there tend to be less kids around you and that means less noise pollution (not that I don't like kids, just want to have a nice rest and sleep so I can be as fresh as possible once landed on my destination. My business trip ususally calls for a lot of meetings, hectiv schedules... so a good nice peaceful quiet sleep or rest on the flight would be immensely helpful) . So, I bring along my Bose noise cancellation earphone all the times... power up the music and even if there are dozens of kids yelling, screaming, crying around you, you are pretty much "isolated"... a life safer on long international flight..
Moisturizing cream: We all know how dehydrate a long flight up the sky is... bring alonw any type of not-too-greasy moisturing cream will do your skin a lotta good..
An eye-cover.... block out the light and provide you a good nice sleep...
disposable sandal... 30000 feet above ground, your feet will swell and make it so much uncomfortable with your shoes on, and it will reduce your blood flow... so remove the shoe and slip on a comfortable pair of sleepers..
bottle water... it is easy to get dehydrated 30000 feet above, once pass the security check, buy a bottle of water and take it up to the plane...
a chocolate bar or snack, especially if you are in a 12 hour international flight. Nowaday most airlines are cheating on food.... you will get hungry...
Enjoy your flight...
