Good question. Could be the Salvador Dali Museum... but I'm curious to know if you mean a location, or an initiative? Or a business? There are a lot of things like that going on in Tampa, but they get drowned out by the average noise level.

I think that an effort to really bring together the best of Tampa's creativity and make it visible would be worth seeing, no question.
