Brown & Joseph Headquarters Has Moved

Brown & Joseph, Ltd. has relocated its corporate offices from
Schaumburg, IL to Rolling Meadows, IL. Due to increasing business, new
employees and expanding divisions, more office space has become
necessary. "The 21,000 square feet location will accommodate an
additional 40-50 employees which we will need for our expansion through
2009," says Chris Cappuccilli CEO.

"The new space meets and exceeds all of our employee's
expectations," says Cappuccilli. The new building offers onsite a
health club, cafeteria, convenience mart, dry cleaning, flower shop as
well as numerous other amenities that didn't exist as our previous
location for our employees. While the old location had one kitchen, the
new office features four kitchens. Everything from larger cubicles,
comfortable chairs and a new phone system has made company life a lot
more enjoyable. "I think it is safe to say that Brown & Joseph has
had quite the company makeover," says Cappuccilli.

"I can only say, Brown & Joseph, Ltd. would not be in such a
nice location, if not for its dedicated staff, who have serviced its
client base for the last 13 years," says Cappuccilli. "Along with this
new space and our 2007 Acquisition of FFS in Indiana we will be able to
comfortably fill over 200 plus seats," he adds.

Chris Cappuccilli was instrumental in the founding of Brown &
Joseph, Ltd. in 1996. Cappuccilli, having worked in Business
Development for several conventional debt recovery agencies,
consistently received requests for help from his clients that were
outside of the normal company service offerings. Bringing this to his
managers he was denied the opportunity to expand the support to assist
with his client’s needs. Cappuccilli and others from within the
industry quickly assembled a group of Subject Matter Experts with
extensive expertise in Finance, Credit and Collections, Quality Process
Control, IT and specific trade experience in Advertising,
Transportation, Insurance, Staffing, and Manufacturing and Brown &

BROWN & JOSEPH ANNOUNCES NEW LAW FIRM IN MEXICO

Brown & Joseph, Ltd. announces the opening of a new law firm in
Mexico City. Chris Cappuccilli, CEO says, “Unlike most agencies that
forward their claims to outside counsel and hope for the best, Brown
& Joseph has hired two attorneys in Mexico and now has an exclusive
relationship for our US clients.” In the past, collection agencies
would forward their claims to outside counsel to get suit requirements
and in some cases, the upfront fees charged were cost prohibitive based
on the balance size. In other cases, enormous amounts were paid with no
recovery. “Simply put, we have relationships with our clients that we
have had for many years, and the last thing we want to do is roll the
dice, so to speak, with our client’s money,” Cappuccilli adds.

“With our new office in Mexico City, Brown & Joseph is able to
offer the same contingency fees for litigation we charge here in the
US,” Cappuccilli says. Accounts will be placed directly with Brown
& Joseph, Ltd. here in the US. Brown and Joseph will be the liaison
between our clients and our law firm in Mexico.

“With the economy getting worse by the day, we are getting more and
more requests for litigation outside of the US. We feel very
comfortable with the investment we are making for our clients that sell
south of the border,” Cappuccilli says. Our firm will handle litigation
for all of our clients throughout all of Mexico.
