Charles Giammona Funding continues to be a major barrier in the delivery of programming on our area reservations and consequently an impediment to improving the momentum required to significantly impact unemployment, poverty and the economy.

Funding continues to be a major barrier in the delivery of
programming on our area reservations and consequently an impediment to improving
the momentum required to significantly impact unemployment, poverty and the
economy.

Approval of such a grant would have a positive immediate impact
on the economy of northern Minnesota. The grant will work hand in hand with the
many other initiatives/collaborations that the Indian Nations and colleges are
championing.
