I like what seems like a shift to more community/networking sharing, vs. mostly articles. I like the "Big Idea", questions for the Fast Company community, and the Groups.
When I suggested a question for the Fast Company community, I didn't get any form of confirmation. It was apparent to me that my question had been submitted for consideration, but the average (or novice) user may continue to submit their question, thinking that it didn't go through.
Site seemed a little slow - could have just been my system, though.
More of a content comment, vs. usability - I really like the Smart Books 2008 format. Very entertaining.
