Scott bested 16 other sales consultants from various Toyota dealerships throughout New England to win the competition.
The walk-around itself can last no more than 7 minutes and requires each sales consultant to “demonstrate key points and features as well as show what fits the customer’s needs,” notes Scott.Moreover, Scott and all participants in the event needed to ensure their walk-around covered a 40+ point checklist provided by the Toyota Boston Regional office.
