Recently at AMI we hit a HIGHEST EVER on our income and took the whole team to celebrate by go-Kart racing at an indoor race track. The staff had a blast!

Another example: We all dressed in costumes on Friday October 31st. It was a hoot and there was a prize for best costume. Then we took everyone out for lunch as a prize so no one felt left out.
Made quite an impact on the staff and clientele of the restaurant!

More team spirit resulted.
