| posted by scott chappell...the Current Work Status choices pulldown does not really have an appropriate choice for previous jobs, assuming "Current Work Status" is a reference to the specific job that you are posting. Meaning, if I'm entering a previous job then I don't really need the Current Work Status option....or perhaps you only have the Current Work Status option after you click the check box for this is the current position. Not sure best resolution for this.
