Upload problem

It looks like uploading an image (for example the company logo) does not work: after the transfer completes, at page refresh, the picture is not displayed (only some white strip) and it does not appear in the personal profile page.

similar experience on uploading display image for beta comment.

Also it jumped from the bottom of the initial display to the top of the comment the second time I viewed it?
