all but the hotel bookings are public records and good advice. As a hotel consultant, I'd advise against putting any belief in public pronouncements in hotel "statements" of successes.
Hotels are notarious liars,much like retail shops in malls. Neither would dare let their immediate competition know how (poorly) the other is doing. Actually, by law, revealing their statistical information to the other (room occupancy and rates) could get the hotel manager in trouble. Some have been known to go to jail for price fixing.
