Fast Company Ethics Monitor: Round Two

The first Fast Company Ethics Monitor appeared in our May issue. Now, we're back for more. So help us out: Answer these six yes/no questions -- plus one optional essay -- and tell us, honestly, how you really behave in your office. We're not taking names, and all the data is anonymous.
