"From the moment I start to sketch, safety concerns affect what I draw. We have set guidelines that we have to follow. For instance, every designer gets a gauge kit, and that allows you to measure how small or big individual parts of the toy can be. Honestly, the guidelines are endless. With safety now so much in the forefront when we design, often the real challenge is, How do I make this toy so it's still fun?"
