Biggest Lesson You've Learned in 2012:
"You always have to be innovate. Now more so than ever, the barrier to entry so minimal. There is more competition than ever before, and if you just stay stagnant, you'll be dead in the water. You have to always be one step ahead of everyone else and be doing the opposite of what everyone else is doing."
How will you apply in year ahead:
"2012 was a success for us—the most revenue traffic we've ever had. But we are making a lot of changes. In spite of our success, our roadmap this year will be very different. Our content will evolve, we will innovate, try new things—we are developing an East Coast studio, developing Internationally, working on different types of content and length of content."
