    Hi Lisa,

    It's a great way to also teach stuff, especially if you follow the principles of street improve or improv everywhere, (see TED Talks or YouTube.) Had a group of 120 sales people from a cement and concrete producer on a two-day conference workshop. Day 1 was all the "Death-By-PowerPoint" stuff, but on day 2 their challenge in small teams was to use their mobile phone cameras, and go out and bring some joy to the world out there. Just about every group bombed out: kicked out of shopping malls, rejected by "customers" in parking areas and offices, used all their money to buy silly things. But, boy, did they learn, The debriefing at the end of the day was phenomenal, and the MD telephoned me two months later to say his whole team had changed.
