If you are one, you know your reasons. If you aren't, it probably doesn't make any sense to you. Filing taxes is something that few enjoy doing, but it's a requirement that few have ever successfully evaded. Let's take a look at the mentality behind waiting until the last minute.

Regardless of your reasons, if you're a last-minute tax-filer, you may have just finished scrambling to make it happen (hopefully you've filed by now, but we're not judging). As the deadline looms, one thing is clear: those who file at the last minute do so for a variety of reasons.
