Although being a first time homeowner is an exciting experience, it
can put a big dent in your wallet. Over the years, many government
programs and incentives have been developed for new homeowners
specifically to ease their money worries. One of the newer programs
that have been announced is the HOMESTAR Energy Efficiency Rebate Program. President Obama
introduced this program in the hopes of helping homeowners save
hundreds of dollars while creating jobs for contractors that install
energy efficient products.

HOMESTAR would set aside $6 billion to fund direct rebates to
homeowners who make energy efficient investments in their homes. One of
the best investments homeowners can make is purchasing an energy
efficient AC system. Not only will buying an energy safe air condition
unit in Florida
give you cash back, it will save you money over time. AC costs can be
cut by 30% when you buy an energy efficient unit. These units require
less ac maintenance and are much more durable than older ac cooling systems. Make sure to hire a qualified and experienced air contractor in Florida who can guide you in the right direction.
