Honda’s new sporty hybrid, the CR-Z, has drawn more attention than
many expected. According to a report released on Friday by the
manufacturer, more than 7,000 orders have been placed for the vehicle
just two weeks after its debut on February 26. The Nikkei business
daily reported that the orders represent about 60% of the annual sales
target for the car of 12,000 units.
The CR-Z comes in three driving models – Sport, Normal and ECON™.
Driving the CR-Z in ECON mode typically delivers the best fuel economy
of the three modes. The sporty hybrid is expected to go an estimated 36
mpg in the city and 38 mpg on the highway. Basic safety features will
also be available on every vehicle, such as full airbags, ACE™ body
structure, Vehicle Stability Assist™ (VSA®) and a host of other safety features. There is no doubt this vehicle is meant for the typical Miami car fanatic. Visit your local Miami car dealership for more information on Honda’s new sporty hybrid.
