In the Final Phase Fat Loss program, John Romaniello teaches you how to workout in order to get rid of those last few stubborn pounds. The Final Phase Fat Loss program is based on 4 different types of workout which help you balance your internal hormones to get you to shed those stubborn pounds. All the exercises are explained in detail with pictures, so you will be able to do them right. The workouts are hard to do, but you can and should find that they bring results.

There are 4 types of workouts:

- Lactic Acid training are workouts with slow tempos that make your body produce a ton of lactic acid. This acid makes the body create a lot of growth hormone which is excellent to reduce the effect of cortisol that can cause an increase in belly fat.

- Dynamic training - This helps to target the love handles as this type of training increases the IGF-1 hormone production. This workout is filled with complex exercises which involve a great deal of movement and agility.

- Density training - This workout style helps to combat Estrogen which can lead to an increase in fat storage on your manboobs, thighs, buttocks, and hip. These workouts can be very difficult to perform as you're always trying to beat yourself by increasing the density of the workouts in comparison to past sessions. However, this is why these workouts can also be extemely effective.

- Heavy strength - This type of workout doesn't help you target a specific body part but helps to increase strength, develop proper form, and maintain overall muscle tone while you're dieting. This can prove challenging to do at first but is important for long term results.

Therefore, I do recommend Final Phase Fat Loss. It's a worthwhile program.
